 Legislative manuals all show a comma after the word seizures, as does a [[https://www.ndconst.org/_media/laws/1914_state_constitution_of_the_state_of_north_dakota.pdf#page=7|1914]] bound publication of the constitution.
 The bound volume of the Revised Code of 1943 does not include the comma. It appears to have been omitted from official publications including the Blue Books that have been published since that date.
