+Some work faster or better if you have a local copy of the primary sources in a directory named "refs" under your home directory.  These were scraped from official sources and so should be fit for purpose, although I would note that scraping large volumes of text and then programmatically proofing it shows that errors are introduced in every step of a process.  These are for North Dakota centric uses, but of course you can scrape your own state's sources and fork my repos to tailor them to your preferences.
